Main Ideas to be Learned

Diet in meals is very important if you want to improve and maintain the five components of HRF. An
effective diet is a meal that composes of different food from the Food Pyramid specifically the Go, Grow and
Glow Foods. These three will help you to improve your HRF assessment.
