Greetings in the name of Mary, the Mother of Carmel!

Every year the Catholic Church dedicates the month of October as the Month of the Holy Rosary. This, in
commemoration of two significant events: the Christian victory in the Battle of Lepanto in 1571 and the last
apparition of Our Lady of Fatima in 1917. For us in Pangasinan, the first Sunday of October is also the liturgical
feast day of Nuestra Senyora del Santissimo Rosario de Manaoag, patroness of Pangasinan. It is but fitting,
therefore, that Saint Anthony Abbot Academy of Villasis would celebrate the Month of October through various
activities honoring the Blessed Mother.

In line with this, considering your expertise in faith and the arts, may we invite you to be one of our judges for
our Mariawit Song Writing Festival, and Bayle Maria Focal Dance Competition. These competitions take
place on the 28th of October at 1 o’clock in the afternoon.

We thank you in advance for your gracious acceptance of our invitation. Thank you, and may Mary, the Mother
