The COVID 19 pandemic had a huge impact on people of all socioeconomic

backgrounds. We have all suffered in different ways as a result of the pandemic that is
currently affecting our country.

This Pandemic has had a major effect on people's mental health and well-being all over
the world, while also raising concerns about steadily increasing suicidal behavior.
Mental health is critical in today's environment, which is why finding ways to maintain
our normal routine is critical to reducing stress and the possibility of depressive
thoughts. Some may believe that talking about their despair and anxiety during these
times is unimportant; however, I believe that we should encourage ourselves to talk
about our feelings. Focusing on what makes our minds healthy is important to me
because I believe it is the best way to care for our mental health. Furthermore, I felt
emotional for those who have been adversely impacted, such as those who have lost
loved ones and those who are struggling financially to treat and transport their loved
ones to the hospital for proper medication. Despite these difficulties, the pandemic
allows us to make new discoveries; some people become involved in activities they had
never done before, such as cooking, watching, writing, sports, and staying at home to
spend time with their families.

I can say that we are all struggling at the same time, so we need unity and cooperation.
Nothing can save us but ourselves, our unity in the face of the pandemic. The pandemic
calls for unity to heal the world; let us work together to ensure that no more lives are
lost, no more jobs and opportunities are lost; we do not hold on to life, but we must
remember that it is important that we do the right thing while we are still alive.
