1. How can you make authentic assessments more fair and objective? Cite
examples.

Authentic assessment is a method of measuring student performance in a direct,


relevant way to determine whether or not the learning objectives were met. It allows
students to perform a real-life task in order to gain a better understanding of the task
assigned to them.

As a future educator, I should involve all of my students in the task, regardless of


their previous academic performance, and allow everyone to participate and become
a part of the educational community. In that way, it sets students up for success
while also engaging and physically involving them in the learning process. It will
undoubtedly meet the objectives because they are working in a cooperative and
responsive manner, which assists them in becoming academically competent.

In conclusion, I should be a more productive teacher in terms of assessing them and


assigning meaningful tasks to ensure student success.
