CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This contract is entered into by REYGIE L. CARDENO and witnessed by IRISH JOY E,
ADLAWAN. The term of this agreement shall begin today and shall continue through its
termination day. That day would be the day after my graduation (I hope that I’ll be able to
graduate hahaha).

The specific term(s) of this agreement is/are as follows:

1. I am prohibited from entering into a relationship or specifically not allowed to have a

PALALABS until graduation.

In consideration of the promise I set forth herein, I REYGIE L. CARDENO and my witness
IRISH JOY E. ADLAWAN agrees to this contract.
