When I’m asked about the things I believe in, it takes a while for me to gather my
thoughts because I honestly don’t know what I believe in. However, over the course of
the past semester, I’ve learned quite a few things from inside and outside of the
classroom.

● Don’t be afraid to ask for help. There are people who care for you and people
who are willing to help you. Don’t keep all the burden to yourself.
● Take time to look after yourself and take care of yourself. Treat yourself with as
much love and consideration as you do for other people.
● You deserve to be happy and you deserve all the great things you have
achieved. Don’t allow anyone else to belittle all the great efforts you have made
to be where you are today.
● Making mistakes is about learning lessons. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. For
all we know, you are one mistake away from learning the next greatest lesson of
your life. That doesn’t mean you should make mistakes though, just don’t be
afraid.
● Surround yourself with people who help make you a better version of you. Let go
of those people who continuously bring you down, you don’t need them.
● You are God’s work of art. He created you in His image and likeness. Do not for a
moment look down upon yourself because you are amazing. Believe in yourself.
● No matter where you are in life, whether you are facing the biggest challenge of
your life or if you are having the greatest day of your life, always take the time to
pray. Pray for strength and pray for guidance, but most importantly pray because
you are grateful.
