Based on the sample, what percentage of the employees gets more than $1,000,000.00 in
bonuses. Draw your valid conclusion from the results.
According to the frequency table, 63% of the sample gets $900,000.00 and less in bonuses. Based
on this fact, we can conclude that the remaining 37% of the population gets $1,000,000.00 and
more in bonuses. However, if we do not include those that get exactly $1,000,000.00 in bonuses
and account only for those who specifically get more than $1,000,000.00, they would make up
29.96% of the sample.
Make a data description for both Salary and Bonuses. Copy and interpret the results.

maximums to be 8000000 and 1111258 respectively. In addition, it was also mentioned that there
are more than one mode to exist for bonuses, and based on the frequency table, the other mode to
exist for it is 1000000.
Create a Histogram and interpret the skewness for both Salary and Bonuses.
According to the data description, the skewness for salaries and bonuses are 2.95 and 3.37
respectively. Since the skewness of both salaries and bonuses are greater than 1, this means that
the data is highly skewed. We can also visually see how skewed the data is based on the histograms
and we see how unevenly distributed the density for both salaries and bonuses are.
