So, they should focus on service marketing strategies to reach their objective. Rather than
focusing on individual product marketing they should focus on the service viewpoint; such as
how they could provide better customer service. Advertisements on social media should provide
short details on how they promise to deliver on-time for attracting people to get better customer
experience. They could launch a social media campaign which includes animated teasers, promo
videos for free delivery etc. for providing reliable customer experience for few months to
generate lead against their competitors like Foodpanda. To get ahead of the competition at this
recent era, engagement in social media in right way is a must.
Developing Better CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Model: Customer satisfaction is
the first and foremost option to opt for service platforms. To reach the ultimate goal for service
business, better CRM model is essential. In that case, Chaldal should hire some customer
relationship executives/ or make a deal with 3rd party customer support organizations to support
24/7 for the customers. Currently, the helpline of Chaldal, does not absolutely solve the problems
for the customers. They should take notes on which problems are occurred frequently and take
necessary steps that the problems never happen again in the future.
