Topic: Choosing between Blended Learning and Online Distance Learning Programs

Dear Parents,
Abiding by the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, parents
are given the opportunity to choose between the following learning programs:

1. Blended learning where students attend physically at least once or twice per
week according to the school’s schedule.

2. Online Distance Learning where students attend only virtual classes on daily
basis according to the school’s schedule.

Accordingly, you are kindly asked to think thoroughly before deciding on which
program your son/ daughter will follow until the end of First Term Exams.

We respectfully request all parents – without any exception – to:

a. Print out the attached agreement.
b. Fill in the required information.
c. Scan the agreement.
d. Send it via learningprogram@gaiqatar.com no later than
Monday 21/09/2020.

I, the undersigned parent, declare that I have read the administrative circular sent to
me from Global Academy International concerning granting the parents the option
of choosing between Blended Learning and Online Distance Learning programs, and
accordingly I have chosen:

Blended Learning (In-Person Learning on campus for at least once or

twice per week according to the school’s schedule)
Online Distance Learning (Online Classes ONLY where In-Person Learning
doesn’t take place at all)

I acknowledge that I am aware of the following guidelines:

1. The chosen Learning Program will be mandatory till the end of Term I
Exams.
2. All exams will be conducted on campus for all students without any
exemption.
3. Daily attendance and Absenteeism will be recorded in both leaning
programs.
