AFFIDAVIT OF IRREVOCABLE RESIGNATION

I, JOEL M. VIOVICENTE, of old age, Filipino, married, and

resident of Barangay Ipil I, Palompon, Leyte, after having been
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

I would like to inform you that I am submitting my irrevocable

resignation from my position Head Guard of the Justice
Building, Palompon, Leyte, effective immediately.

Thank you for the support and the opportunities that you have
provided me during my tour of duty here in the Justice
Building. I have truly enjoyed my tenure and am more than
grateful for the encouragement you have given me in pursuing
my professional and personal growth objectives.

If I can be of any assistance during this transition in order to

facilitate the seamless passing of my responsibilities to my
successor, please let me know. I would be glad to help however
I can.
