DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DOUGLAS DOMINGO COLINARES MACATOL, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a

resident of Purok Kaunlaran, Barangay San Isidro, General Santos City, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND (P1,800,000.00) PESOS, Philippine
Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY,
absolutely and unconditionally to PANGALIAN BURUNGAWAN BUSRAN, of legal age, married to
ESTRELLA MANANSALA BUSRAN and a resident of Munda Subdivision, Barangay City Heights,
General Santos City, a parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in
Bo. of Lagao, General Santos City, and more particularly described as follows:

LOT 863-B-4-C, PSD-11-012621

A parcel of land (Lot 863-B-4-C, PSD-11-012621 being a portion of Lot 863-B-4, PSD-11-
012403), situated in the Bo. of Lagao, City of General Santos, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on
the N., Along line 4-1 by Lot 863-B-3, PSD-11-012403; on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 863-B-4-
B; on the S., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 863-B-4-J; on the W., along line 3-4 by Lot 863-B-4-D
all of the subd. plan. Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) SQUARE
METERS, more of less and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 147-2020004914.

Free from all liens and encumbrances.

That I hereby warrant for the peaceful and undisturbed ownership and possession of the
VENDEE over the above-described parcel of land.

It is hereby mutually agreed that the vendor and the vendee shall equally bear all the expenses for
the execution of this Deed of Absolute Sale.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto signed this Deed of Absolute Sale, this
