Introduction to the Product
The wheelchair is a sophisticated piece of equipment that has undergone substantial research and
development. A fresh initiative has been taken by the students of BBA 1 st semester to transform
an electronic wheelchair into a walking wheelchair. The product's name itself is a description of
how it will work. A wheelchair that can be transformed into a walking device, allowing the
disabled person to walk in a manner similar to that of a normal person.

Executive Summary
The proposal lays out the strategy for assisting disabled people in walking. Comfort,
independence, and access to more areas will all be provided by the walking wheelchair (like
stairs). The product has a weight-bearing design that allows for straight steps while also
supporting human weight. Because this gadget is foldable, it is lighter and easier to travel.
Furthermore, strong grip belts have been included for added support and safety.

People, who are disabled, may feel left behind in life, and it may be difficult for them to
recognize that they are suffering a loss of what they had wanted to achieve. We built this
technology for them so that they may once again stand on their feet without bothering others and
take strides ahead in life to achieve what they previously couldn't.

Target Market and Value Proposition


Keeping our product in mind, we want to help those who are disabled or who have leg
difficulties but can walk with some support. We will not only supply our customers with
excellent quality, but also comfort and high-grade belts for added safety. It will be of tremendous
assistance to our consumers since it will bear all of their weight, allowing them to walk without
having to trouble someone to assist them. All of the characteristics of our walking wheelchair are
well worth the investment. It will enable them to take the first step into a life in which they will
only progress forward with each step.

Pricing Strategy
Because our product is high-powered, with top-of-the-line features and a complex structure, it
will be expensive to build, according to our budget. Our product is expensive to buy because it is
expensive to make. Our customers, on the other hand, will not only receive a regular motorized
wheelchair, but also a walking wheelchair, enabling them to stand up again.

Marketing Mix
Product:
The walking wheelchair is a new product in the market which is an updated and inventive
version of a motorized wheelchair that can convert into a walking one. We introduced this
groundbreaking concept of getting individuals back on their feet who desire to live a better life.

Promotion:
We will use Google Adverts to place advertising on various social media sites, as well as create
our own social media account to promote our product. Our brand will distribute physical posters
and cards, particularly in hospitals and public locations. The promotional effort will cover all of
this.

Place:
We intend to launch our business both online and in-stores, serving our clients in both methods.
We'd want to get our product in front of as many people as possible so that they'll be more
inclined to buy it. We've worked with a few NGOs, hospitals and some clinics, and we'd want to
provide our product to these organizations because they're where products like ours are most
commonly utilized.

Price:
In terms of pricing, our product will cost roughly PKR.100,000, which is lesser than our
competitors. The price is well worth it for the freedom and independence that this product
provides to its users. We are providing financial support to those customers who have a low
income or are in severe need, as we will be partnering with several well-known disability groups
that will provide our product for free or at a discounted cost.

Marketing Strategy and Implementation


We'll use Google Ads to promote our product on various social media platforms, and we'll send
several samples to various disability groups and hospitals, asking them to review it and display it
to the patients that visit them. We'll work with a number of well-known online e-commerce sites,
including Aliexpress, Amazon, and Daraz.pk. On YouTube, we'll provide demos and
explanations of how our product works. All of this would be executed in order to increase the
sales and profit of our product.

Our goal was to create a product with the appearance of a wheelchair but the functionality of a
standing and walking wheelchair. The device is designed to sustain human weight while
allowing for straight steps. This device is lightweight and simpler to transport because it is
foldable. 

Augmented product:
We will include a handbook with our product so that the buyer may understand how the
wheelchair works. as well as the measures they should take.
