Our brain needs the right food to perform at its peak that is why students should not
go to school on an empty stomach. During teenage, a child's body starts changing into
that of an adult. Among other things, a teenager has increased nutritional needs. Many
teenagers start eating junk food which is loaded with sugra, other harmful chemicals
and artificial flavours. It is also a period when many teenagers especially girls, may
decide to start 'dieting' and skipping meals. Peer pressure can affect their eating
behaviour and result in either over-eating or under-eating. Good nutrition is the key
to success.
