ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT

I, the undersigned hereby received the sum of FOUR HUNDRED

THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 400, 000.00) , from ANTONIO POLLIAS,
RAYMOND POLLIAS and RICHARD POLLIAS, all of legal age, Filipinos, and
with the residence and postal address at Mampang, Zamboanga City for the
partial payment of their debt, amounting to NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php.
900, 000.00) PESOS, as per MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR THE
PAYMENT OF LOAN dated January 26, 2021.

The remaining balance shall be paid thru five (5) post-dated checks,
amounting to ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 100, 000.00) PESOS each,
with a total of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 500,000.00) PESOS as full
and final payment.
