DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AL-NAGIB H. UJAJI, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married with residence at Campo
Islam, Siasi, Sulu, hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEROR,

AND

MAMAD U. AMALA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married with residence at Bongao,
Tawi-tawi, hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEREE,

WITNESSETH: THAT –

1. WHEREAS, the Transferor had lawful right over the parcel of land including all
existing buildings/improvements thereon located at Campo Islam, Siasi, Sulu;

2. WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-

SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P177, 500.00), Philippine currency,
paid by the Transferee, the Transferor is transferring all his rights and interest over
the portion of the above-described property containing an area more or less of One
Thousand (1,000) Square Meters said parcel of land including all existing
buildings/improvements thereon in favor of the Transferee;

3. WHEREAS, Transferee accept said transfer,

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above whereas, the Transferor transfers
and conveys unto the said Transferee, all his rights and interest over the above mentioned
parcel of land including all existing buildings/improvements thereon,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 23 rd day of March,
2023 at Zamboanga City, Philippines.
