- As an experienced teacher, I define instructional designs as an effective roadmap, which guides
teachers on how they can also create strategies to deliver the learning experience in ways that are as relevant and effective as possible. I have been using the ADDIE model and it has helped me evaluate my learners’ needs, provide more effective instructional materials with the incorporation of visualizations and media set specific learning objectives and provide appropriate student activities and assessments that measures whether the targeted learning outcomes are met.

and I can say that instructional design is an effective framework that leads teachers in discovering who their learners are, and how they can teach them in the most effective way possible. Instructional design helps teachers provide the best learning experience for their learners.
