To whom it may concern

We would like to express our dismay with the constant distraction that we are getting from our
neighbor’s ducks bad smell owned by Mr. __. Me and my fellow neighbors agreed to file a complaint
about this because it has been a problem since the smell has got out of control. We know how hard it is
to keep the ducks’ house clean and odorless. However, it has been causing difficulty to us, to the
children especially babies and to the people who are selling foods around the corner.

The undersigned, having reviewed and discussed this matter, decided to request the owner to remove
or relocate the ducks to resolve this issue.

We look forward to hearing from you regarding the resolution of this problem.
