1. Is force being used in this situation? If yes, how?

- Yes. Based on the situation, you can see that the smaller girl is crying, yet the bigger girl
and her group continue to pinch her. We can say that the small girl is physical hurt.

- In this kind of situation, the bigger girl, has the power. Since she is the one who may
have lead the group in teasing the smaller girl.

- Coercive power. The bigger is the one who first started the commotion and since she is

- I would tell her to fight for herself by confronting the bigger girl how shame it is to stand
for a younger girl like she.

- I would ask her first what is the reason why did she have done such thing? And let her
know that in every action, there is a consequence so hold herself accountable.

7. What advice would you give to the teacher?

- As the only adult there, the best advice that I would give to the teacher is to not tolerate
the wrong doings of the students. Even though how young they are, because they may
think that what they have done to the smaller girl is not that bad, since the teacher did not
bother to scold them.

8. Does this scenario happen in your former school? If yes, elaborate your answer.
- No. For we are taught such good moral and right conduct, to behave properly at school.
