Counter claims:

The reason why upper class should be exempted for all the ‘ayuda’ or the Social Amelioration
Program by the government, is because of their capacity to buy things and being financially
stable despite of every challenges or problems that may happen. Other big companies even help
in food donations especially in donating to the community pantry to be able to help the less
fortunate ones. As they hold a great deal of wealth, during the pandemic, the upper class were the
least unaffected ones as they still manage to live and enjoy their life without thinking if they will
still have a job on the next day, since many workers lost their job due to pandemic. Or if they
have enough money to buy food, in an upper class life’ there’s no need to think of that. Another
reason, is even though they are paying taxes, the ‘ayuda’ should be given to middle class
especially to the lower class since they are the most affected ones in these times.
The government also lacks of budget that although they want to divide the ayuda equally (to
upper, middle, and lower class), we they don’t have unlimited funds that is why they choose on
who will be more deserving for the ayuda.
