VŠEOBECNÉ POKYNY

CZ - Vstupenka je nepřenosná. Zakoupenou vstupenku není možné vrátit, vyměnit a zaplacené vstupné se nevrací.
Po opuštění prostoru konání akce pozbývá vstupenka platnosti. Jakýkoliv cizí zásah na vstupence činí vstupenku
neplatnou a jejímu držiteli nebude umožněn vstup na Akci. Vstupenka je cenina, jakékoliv její úpravy nebo falšování
jsou považovány za vážný přestupek a trestný čin.
Zakoupením vstupenky vzniká smluvní vztah mezi držitelem vstupenky a Pořadatelem Akce. Ticketportal
neodpovídá za jednání Pořadatele ani za průběh Akce.
V prostoru konání Akce je držitel vstupenky povinen dodržovat Provozní rád, pokyny Pořadatele a pořadatelské
služby. Pořadatel neodpovídá za škody způsobené na majetku a zdraví návštevníku, pokud budou způsobeny
nezákonným nebo jinak nevhodným chováním držitele vstupenky, či ostatních přítomných osob. Z důvodu ochrany
návštevníku a jiných osob podílejících se na Akci je držitel vstupenky povinen v prostoru konání Akce na případnou
žádost pořadatelské služby předložit identifikační průkaz. Pořadatel a jiné oprávněné osoby si vyhrazují právo
jakéhokoliv záznamu Akce. V případe zhotovení fotografických a jiných záznamu během Akce, nebo v souvislosti s
ní, dává majitel této vstupenky souhlas k jejich použití bez nároku finanční náhrady. Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo na
změnu programu. V případě zrušení Akce oznámí Pořadatel nejpozději do 10 dnů v místě nákupu vstupenky
náhradní termín konání nebo způsob vrácení vstupného. Náhrady nákladů spojených s ubytováním, jízdních nákladu
apod. se neposkytují.
DULEŽITÉ UPOZORNĚNÍ - vstupenku NEKOPÍRUJTE!
HOMEticket je plnohodnotnou vstupenkou a držitel vstupenky s ní nakládá na vlastní odpovědnost. HOMEticket
obsahuje jedinečné číslo a čárový kód s tím, že tyto identifikacní znaky opravňují ke vstupu do prostoru konání Akce
jen jednou a jen při prvním použití. V případe kopírování HOMEticketu se držitel vstupenky vystavuje riziku, že
nebude vpušten do prostoru konání Akce a že ponese veškeré právní následky a škody z toho vyplývající, a to
nezávisle na tom, zda předložil originál nebo kopii.
HOMEticket je mimo internet neprodejný. Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo změny pokynu. Zakoupením
vstupenky a jejím predložením u vstupu vyjadřuje držitel vstupenky souhlas s těmito Všeobecnými pokyny,
pokyny Pořadatele a Obchodními podmínkami Ticketportal.
EN - The ticket is non-transferable. The purchased ticket may not be returned, exchanged and the entrance fee may
not be reimbursed. After leaving the premises of the Event the ticket loses its validity. Any interference with the ticket
makes the ticket invalid and its holder will not be allowed to enter the Event. The ticket is a security and any alteration
or falsification will be regarded as a serious offence or a crime.
The ticket purchasing establishes a contract between the ticket holder and Event’s Ticketportal bears no
responsibility for any Organizer's activities as well as for running of the Event.
In the premises of the Event, the holder is bound to the Operation Instructions and the Directions of the Organizer
and the attendants. The Organizer does not take responsibility for the damages on property and health of the visitors
in case they have been caused by unlawful or any other inappropriate behavior of the ticket holder or other people
present. For the protection of the visitors and persons participating on the Event, in the premises of the Event the
ticket holder is obliged to produce an officially recognized identification card when asked by the organizing
attendants. The Organizer and any other authorized persons for the Event reserve the right to record the Event. In
case of taking photos and other records during the Event or relating to it, the ticket holder agrees to the records being
used without a claim to financial compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to change the program. Should the
Event be cancelled, the Organizer will announce the alternate date of the Event or the way to receive a refund, within
ten days at the latest, in the place where the ticket was purchased. Accommodation or travel expenses will not be
refunded.
IMPORTANT NOTE – DO NOT COPY THE TICKET!
HOMEticket is a full-value ticket and the holder handles it on his own responsibility. HOMEticket features a unique
number and bar code. These identification features authorize the holder to enter the premises of the Event just once
and only on the first use. In case of making a copy of the HOMEticket, the holder risks that s/he will not be allowed to
enter the premises of the Event and that s/he will bear all legal consequences and damages thereof, no matter
whether s/he has produced the original or a copy.
HOMEticket is outside internet unsaleable. The organizer reserves the right to change the instructions. Ticket
holder expresses his agreement with these general instructions and instructions of the Ticketportal Terms
and Conditions by purchasing ticket and submitting entrance.
