CZ - Vstupenka je nepřenosná. Zakoupenou vstupenku není možné vrátit, vyměnit a zaplacené vstupné se nevrací.
Po opuštění prostoru konání akce pozbývá vstupenka platnosti. Jakýkoliv cizí zásah na vstupence činí vstupenku
neplatnou a jejímu držiteli nebude umožněn vstup na Akci. Vstupenka je cenina, jakékoliv její úpravy nebo falšování
jsou považovány za vážný přestupek a trestný čin.
Zakoupením vstupenky vzniká smluvní vztah mezi držitelem vstupenky a Pořadatelem Akce. Ticketportal
neodpovídá za jednání Pořadatele ani za průběh Akce.
V prostoru konání Akce je držitel vstupenky povinen dodržovat Provozní rád, pokyny Pořadatele a pořadatelské
služby. Pořadatel neodpovídá za škody způsobené na majetku a zdraví návštevníku, pokud budou způsobeny
nezákonným nebo jinak nevhodným chováním držitele vstupenky, či ostatních přítomných osob. Z důvodu ochrany
návštevníku a jiných osob podílejících se na Akci je držitel vstupenky povinen v prostoru konání Akce na případnou
žádost pořadatelské služby předložit identifikační průkaz. Pořadatel a jiné oprávněné osoby si vyhrazují právo
jakéhokoliv záznamu Akce. V případe zhotovení fotografických a jiných záznamu během Akce, nebo v souvislosti s
ní, dává majitel této vstupenky souhlas k jejich použití bez nároku finanční náhrady. Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo na
změnu programu. V případě zrušení Akce oznámí Pořadatel nejpozději do 10 dnů v místě nákupu vstupenky
náhradní termín konání nebo způsob vrácení vstupného. Náhrady nákladů spojených s ubytováním, jízdních nákladu
apod. se neposkytují.

used without a claim to financial compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to change the program. Should the
Event be cancelled, the Organizer will announce the alternate date of the Event or the way to receive a refund, within
ten days at the latest, in the place where the ticket was purchased. Accommodation or travel expenses will not be
refunded.

HOMEticket is a full-value ticket and the holder handles it on his own responsibility. HOMEticket features a unique
number and bar code. These identification features authorize the holder to enter the premises of the Event just once
and only on the first use. In case of making a copy of the HOMEticket, the holder risks that s/he will not be allowed to
enter the premises of the Event and that s/he will bear all legal consequences and damages thereof, no matter
whether s/he has produced the original or a copy.
HOMEticket is outside internet unsaleable. The organizer reserves the right to change the instructions. Ticket
holder expresses his agreement with these general instructions and instructions of the Ticketportal Terms
and Conditions by purchasing ticket and submitting entrance.
