The nature of my job (assistant professor) makes me a great candidate for

this opportunity. It involves a great deal of independent research,
requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. Leadership
skills are essential to me to better my performance in my job especially
when, besides being a doctor, you are also responsible for teaching
dermatology to students and residents. This will be an extraordinary
