Part V. Explain the Armstrong’s case with details (You need to include what happened to Daisy
Armstrong, Colonel Armstrong, Sonia Armstrong, McQueen’s father and Sussanne Michelle
also specify how Cassetti manage to not be accused of that crime)

- The Armstrong were a wealthy family who were victims of the infamous Criminal John
Cassetti. Cassetti break in the house and kidnapped Daisy Armstrong. Cassetti
demanded a ransom to the Armstrong’s to liberate Daisy alive, after the Armstrong's
paid the ransom Cassetti murdered the child. When the parents heard that Daisy’s body
was found, her pregnant mother Sonia fall into shock sending her into premature labor
in which both died due to the complications . The devastated father sent a letter
Detective Poirot to ask for his help , but by the time he received the letter Colonel
Armstrong committed suicide. Cassetti through bribes manage to escape justice and not
be imprisoned but a servant from the Armstrong’s named Sussanne Michelle gets
blamed by the District Attorney( McQueens father) who was forced to do it , Sussane is
found guilty, later committing suicide. The Prosecutor’s reputation and career got
destroyed for accusing wrongfully this person after rumors were spreading that the
actual killer was Cassetti.

The Armstrongs were a wealthy family who fell victim to the infamous criminal John Cassetti. Cassetti
breaks into the house and kidnaps Daisy Armstrong. Cassetti carried out a ransom to the Armstrongs to
free Daisy alive. After the Armstrongs paid the ransom, Cassetti killed the girl. As soon as the parents
learned that Daisy's body had been found, her pregnant mother, Sonia, went into shock and had a
premature birth in which they both died due to complications. The devastated father sent a letter to
Detective Poirot asking for his help, but as soon as he received the letter, Colonel Armstrong committed
suicide. Cassetti through bribes manages to evade justice and not be arrested, however the district
attorney (McQueen's father) blames an Armstrong handmaiden named Sussanne Michelle, who was
forced to do so, Sussane is declared responsible for the murder, and later she killed herself. The
prosecutor's fame and career were destroyed for wrongfully accusing this person after rumors that the
real killer was Cassetti.
