Before the examination…

Nurse: Please take a number, and get your health exam when your number comes up.
Patient: Thank you nurse.
Nurse: What type of health check-up would you like?
(Labour check-up/ student check-up/ general check-up/ senior check-up/
Premarital check-up, etc.)
Patient: I would like to take student check up.
Nurse: If your company or school has given you a form, you can use that.
Otherwise, please get a hospital form from the side desk on the left, and fill it
Out.
Patient: My school did not give me a form, so I will get and fill in the form.
Nurse: We need a photograph (photo).
Please give me a two-inch bust photo.
Patient: Sure, here it is.
Nurse: Please pay at the cashier, and then come back to start (do) the health exam.

During the examination…

After the examination…

Nurse: Your check-up is all finished.

Your report will take eight working days; please come to pick it up on May 5.
(We’ll mail the report to you by registered mail before May 5.)
Patient: All right.
Nurse: This is your check-up report. You are in good health, and everything is
normal.
Please go to the desk downstairs for the official hospital stamps.
