ee en eo ee eee RULES ON ATTENDANCE A trainee must attend a minimum of 80% of all required hours for a training program to satisfactorily meet the attendance requirements of the school. This includes all excused and unexcused absences by the trainee. Failure to meet this attendance requirement shall automatically disqualify trainee from completing a training program and gets an automatic grace of “Not Competent” for the program even if all financial dues are paid. Attendance A trainee is required to attend classeS ‘regularly and punctually. The lessons/lectures missed by 4 trainee due to his/her tardiness or absences become the trainee’s full and independent responsibility. In other words, the trainor is not required to repeat any lesson/lecture missed during such tardiness or absence by a trainee, ‘Three tardiness days by a trainee shall be counted as one absence, A trainee is considered tardy if he/she is not present at the start of the class or lab instruction. : ‘A trainee who is tardy by more than 29 minutes shall be considered as absent/for that training class or session if the class is 2hours or less. A trainee who is tardy by more than 59 minutes shall be considered as absent for that training class or session if the class is more than two hours, A trainee who is on an on-time schedule shall proceed with his/her training until he/she meets either 80% minimum attendance requirement or completes the fall duration of his/her training. However, when a scheduled training class is arranged beforehand with his/her trainor, a trainee can be considered late or absent according to the rules above,
