Greetings!

We, the undersigned, are currently enrolled in Field Study 1 this first semester, A.Y. 2022-2023.
The field study courses are intended to provide practice teachers with practical learning
experiences in which they observe, verify, and reflect on, in an actual school setting; and these
experiences will begin with field observations and gradually intensify until students undertake
practice teaching.

In this regard, we are asking for your permission to conduct classroom observations and
interviews with some of your faculty members on this entire semester. Our observation will
solely focus during the lesson proper of junior high school students. Rest assured that all students
and teachers will be kept anonymous, and all documentation will be our own property to be used
solely for educational objectives in compliance with Data Privacy Act of 2001.
