Biased Thinking and Language

From the result assessment being assessed one cannot conclude on the result you get from the IAT
because it is meant for educational purposes and not to use it to make important decisions. It is used
mostly in making response easily especially when items are mostly related.

One can reduce this by seeing a person as important personality and stop to be judging people as if they
are from another planet,

In challenging such biasness, one must stand firm to see that anybody find wanting should be severely
punished or suspend if such case may arise. Replace biasness with awareness with a good receptive and
always learn to give a listening ear. Let colleagues know that bias is common among people, and they
should learn to live with it. Build trust among people. Learn from people who can speak from their past
experience.
