What is the importance of Skill-Related Fitness


- Having good skill-related fitness does help you learn particular skills. For example, if you have good
skill-related fitness abilities in speed and power, you will be able to learn football running skills easily if
you have good balance, you will be able to learn gymnastics skills more easily.

2.What are the benefits we can obtain in Skill related Fitness


- Participating in regular health-related fitness helps you control your weight, prevents diseases
and illness, improves your mood, boosts energy, and promotes better sleep. It is made up of
five sections: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and
body composition.

3.What SRF do you want to improve to yourself and why?


- Highlight your skill you have. Try to incorporate skills you already have and how they could help you
improve the skill you hope to build into your answer. Use a professional example. Focus on professional,
work-related skills or things you would like to improve rather than personal things about yourself you
would change.
