AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAL ADVICE

I, MA. ROWENA SORIANO GONZALES, of legal age, Filipino,

presently residing at Looc, Balete, Batangas, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law do hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I am the biological mother of CHRISTIAN ROXAS

MALALUAN, 22 years old, born on April 13, 1999, in Santo Tomas,
Batangas;

2. However, on his birth certificate, the name appearing as his

mother is one MAXIMA M. ROXAS;

3. I can attest that I am his mother and the mother’s name stated in
his certificate of live birth was merely due to registration error;

4. My son is intending to marry RIZA DE SAGUN on January 23,

2022;

5. My parental advice is sought by my son to marry, thus through

this sworn statement, I am giving my favorable parental advice and that I
have no objection to the marriage;

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts, and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
