Subject: Refund in respect of “Pandit Store Cycle Naivedya Sambrani”.

Dear Sir,

We write in continuance to the detailed correspondence between us in relation to


the captioned issue.

Basis the details furnished by you and upon a thorough internal scrutiny, it has
come to our knowledge that due to an inadvertent error by the Seller, instead of the
desired product, i.e., “Pandit Store Cycle Naivedya Sambrani”, an incorrect
product, i.e., “Panchajanya Real Sambrani Cups (Dry Dhoop)” had been delivered
to you.

We unequivocally say that appropriate action has already been taken in this regard.
We further assure that being a customer centric organization, we would take all
possible steps to ensure that these deficiencies do not arise in the future.

However, your request for replacement of the product cannot be processed with
due to the non-availability of “Pandit Store Cycle Naivedya Sambrani”, i.e., the
desired product. Therefore, in terms of our refund policy, we are forthwith making
refund of Rs.1,280/- along with simple interest @20% from the date of payment
till the date of the instant communication as also compensation towards mental
agony and legal costs.

We render our sincere unconditional apologies for the delay occasioned in


resolving the problem. Flipkart reiterates that customer satisfaction is its
paramount asset.

Kind attention: The present communication being a strictly confidential


correspondence, we request you not to divulge the contents hereof to any third
party either by circulation or by releasing the contents hereof in any public domain
or in any other mode or manner whatsoever. In the event of any such divulsion,
without prejudice, we reserve our right and liberty to commence appropriate
proceedings against you.
