○ I mostly skip breakfast so I eat twice a day.
● What is your usual drink/beverage?
○ My usual drink is water.
● How frequent do you drink water?
○ I drink more than 8 glasses of water in a day.
● What is your usual source of macronutrients? (Indicate usual source for
carbohydrates, fats and proteins).
○ My usual source for carbohydrates is whole wheat bread, fats from cheese,
and protein from chicken breast.
● What is your usual cooking method? Do you prefer this method? Why?
○ My usual cooking method is frying due to limited resources even if i prefer
steaming more in order to keep the nutrients of the ingredients.
● What seasoning/condiments do you usually use? Why?
○ I often use salt, pepper, sugar, chili flakes and soy sauce because it gives the
perfect balance of sweet and salty with a spicy aftertaste.
● Who is/are your usual companion while eating?
○ My usual companions while eating are my closest friends, we usually eat in
my unit or at their place.
● With all of these data, do you think that you have a balance of all the nutrients for
three days? Why or why not?
○ With the tabulated data, I believe that I have a balance of all nutrients since I
consume relative amounts of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and vegetables
daily.
● What do you think will help you maintain the balance/will help you achieve nutritional
balance?
○ A meal consistent with healthy and nutritious proteins, vegetables,
carbohydrates, and fats for at least three times a day followed by 8 to 10
glasses of water would help me achieve nutritional balance.
