Make sure the pasteurizer is plugged in and the general water valve of the equipment is open
Check the communication between the PC and the pasteurizer (connection cables)
3/ Select and configure the cycle as explained in the User Manual in the section 4.4.2.1.
4/ Place the bottles in the bath (one must contain frozen water together with a defrosting sensor sheath on the cap
to receive the sensor). The small red box next to the milk sensor temperature turns green when the sensor detects
below +10 °C
The bath fills with water from the network, and then water is heated up along with the frozen milk. The bath
and the bottles are agitated
6/ At the end of the cycle remove the sensor and the bottles and place
them in a refrigerator

Pasteurization Cycle: Step by step process (4.4.3.2.)
1/ Select and/or configure the cycle as explained in the User Manual in the section 4.4.3.1.
The bath fills with water from the network up to a specified level (low level), and then it is heated up to 63
°C
The bath is agitated and this lasts for around 20 minutes. The cooler also fills with water from the network
When the bath is ready, the operator is asked to place the bottles
in the bath. He also hears a continuous beep
4/ Place the bottles in the pasteurizer’s bath and put the temperature
sensor in the control bottle (with the pasteurization sheath)
5/ Press the screen to initiate the cycle (the sensor must recognize a temperature below +45 °C in the control
bottle, it is a safety start)
The tank is again filled with water from the network up to a high level (until the neck of the bottles). Cycle
curves also start displaying
The bath along with the bottles are agitated and this lasts for 10-15 minutes
The milk is kept at this temperature for 30 minutes (timer) which is the holding time phase
The tank is filled several times with cold water coming from the cooler and drained out
2
The bath along with the bottles are agitated
This phase lasts until the milk reaches the configured temperature
6/ Remove the sensor and the bottles and place them either in a
refrigerator or a freezer
The pasteurizer drains cold water out of the bath. The operator
hears a beep
Close the general water valve if the equipment is no longer used. Dry the bath and lid
If the operator does not remove the bottles from the pasteurizer when the message “Remove Bottles” is
displayed, the machine keeps the milk at the cooled temperature until the operator remove the bottles
If non Defrosting cycle has been carried out before pasteurizing, follow first the following phases:
Make sure the pasteurizer is plugged in and the general water valve of the equipment is open
Check the communication between the PC and the pasteurizer (connection cables)
And so on

Decontamination Cycle: Step by step process (4.4.4.2)
The pasteurizer is supplied with an empty can of detergent product, a suction hose equipped with a level
detector and a cap
1/ Select and configure the cycle as explained in the User Manual in the section 4.4.4.1.
Pump activation
Rinsings
2/ Set the injection time of the detergent product in the bath (pump), the contact time of the detergent product and
the number of rinses
1. A periodic decontamination: 0.3% of the Sanosil product with a contact duration of 2 hours (450 ml or
0.45 L of detergent = 113 s of injection, 120 minutes of contact, at least 4 rinses)
2. A shock decontamination: 3% of the Sanosil product with a contact duration of 2 hours (4500 ml or 4.5 L
of detergent = 1125 s of injection, 120 minutes of contact, at least 4 rinses)
3. The destruction of a biofilm: 10% of the Sanosil product with a contact duration of 2 hours (15000 ml or
15 L of detergent = 3750 s of injection, 120 minutes of contact, at least 4 rinses)
Example:
4
Example:
In order to eliminate the entire product, you can choose the number of rinses needed to completely
eliminate the product, at least 4 rinses
After the rinsing cycles, a test with a test strip will be carried out to verify the absence of residues of the
product (during last rinsing, when bath is filled with water before final drainage)
How to prime the injection pump for a first use or when filling the can with disinfectant before starting a cycle:
A. Fill the disinfectant can with product and place it in the storage box
B. Insert the suction hose (with level detector and cap) into the can and screw the cap on the can (read the
handling and safety of the detergent product). The level detector detects the low level in the can and advises
operator (there is a flashing red light close to the pasteurizer’s screen) he needs to fill the can with detergent
product
D. Press the prime key (Force pump) until the product arrives in the cooler’s bath
3/ Press the Start key to start the cycle (the following steps are executed automatically):
5
5/ Use a test strip to detect detergent residues in the water during the last bath filling (follow the recommendations
inscribed in the strips manual)
If none cycle has been carried out before decontaminating, follow first the following phases:
Make sure the pasteurizer is plugged in and the general water valve of the equipment is open
Check the communication between the PC and the pasteurizer (connection cables)
And so on
