entrepreneurs. As a sponsor of BETA, Winthrop & Weinstine will provide BETA Founders
with an opportunity to participate in Winthrop Accelerate, a program specifically designed
to help bring your company to the next level. In Winthrop Accelerate, you will be
assigned to an attorney who works with entrepreneurs like you. He or she will review
your organizational documents and capital and governance structures and work with you
to make any updates necessary to give you a solid foundation to successfully operate
your business and raise capital. You will also have the ability to choose from our suite of
complementary agreements specifically tailored for Founders and their growth-stage
ventures, including non-disclosure agreements, sample employment, independent

Weinstine on anything above and beyond the Winthrop Accelerate pro bono work.
