Ready to use product, suitable to obtain local discharging effect on denim garments. It is
permanganate, chlorine, bromine free.
可直接使用的产品，适合应用于牛仔服装局部褪色及相应效果，不含高锰酸钾、氯、溴。

It gives ecological advantages compared conventional system

相比传统的方法，具体明显的生态优势
It can work on different kinds of denim fabrics including those ones containing elastomer
适用于各种牛仔面料，包括弹力面料
It gives good results on indigo and also on black denim
不论蓝牛还是黑牛，它都能提供良好的效果
It can be used on raw, as well on washed garment
它可被用于洗前或洗后的成衣
It can be applied in any stage of the process according to final look desired
根据最终需求的效果，它可以被应用于流程的任何阶段
It is preferable to apply GOASIA BRI on garment previously treated with scraping or laser,
to improve final result

Apply locally by spray: 局部喷，配方如下：

85 – 100 % GOASIA BRI

0 – 15 % GOASIA BCI（催化剂）
(Combination 85/15 is the most recommended. Usually apply 30 to 100 g per garment,
depending desired effect).
（组合 85/15 是最推荐的。通常每件成衣 30-100 克，取决于想要的效果）

“formula” can be also diluted with water depending desired effect:

70 - 0% Water 水

After application, leave the garments at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
处理之后， 室温下放置 15-20 分钟
Rinse well at warm temperature (40°C - 45°C), adding:
充分过水，温水(40°C - 45°C)中加入：
0,5 – 1 g/l GOASIA BDT (eventually) 防染剂（升温后加入）

Then neutralization is as following:

A) NEUTRALIZATION ON INDIGO FABRIC 靛蓝牛仔中和工艺

1 g/l Sodium Metabisulphite (*) 焦亚
10 minutes at 50°C. 50°CX10 分钟
Rinse. 过水

B) NEUTRALIZATION ON BLACK OR INDIGO/BLACK FABRIC (WITH SULPHUR BLACK)

黑牛或者蓝/黑牛（硫化黑染料）中和工艺
1）2 g/l GOASIA BDF 白白白

(*) We recommend the addition of GOASIA BDT (or GOASIA BDEQ) in case of heavy
bleeding from the fabric.
当面料掉色严重时，我们推荐再加入防染剂 GOASIA BDT（或 GOASIA BDEQ）
。

Other application: 其它应用

Application by sponge, brush, microfiber gloves can be also developed.

也可以用海绵、毛刷或手套使用此产品
Very good corrosion can be achieved by local application with microfiber gloves.
用手套也能达到局部很好的氧化效果

NOTE: 注释
It is recommended to run preliminary test to verify in advance the achievement of final look
desired.
建议进行初步测试，以验证能否达到期望的结果
Check in advance the suitability of the accessories, to check any possible sensitivity with
the product
提前检查附件方面的适用性，检查是否有与产品任何可能的敏感性
It is not recommended to dry garments after product application at high temperature, as
it can affect fabric resistance
产品应用后建议不要高温烘干衣服，因为会影响面料的强力

GOASIA BRI acts at room temperature

GOASIA BRI 在室温下即可反应

The product must be handled following appropriate precautions according to safety rules
of good industrial practice. For the use of the product, carefully follow the information
provided in the material safety data sheet and adopt adequate protective equipments.
