Description of Information Sought
Blessings of great visionary, Late Chaudhary Om Parkash Kadyan and Smt. Prem
Kaur Dhankar, founders of PFA Haryana, with their moral support, for a cause,
performing fundamental duties.
Being an active part of Community Policing as man of many achievements and
distinctions: Voice for voiceless: Fighter by spirit: Jat by birth: Philanthropist by
profession: Activist by mission: Humanitarian by choice, Gandhian by vision and
action, being habitual khadi wearers and scout warrior, speaking truth as passion,
performing fundamental duties, on behalf Baby Viyana Berwal, asked AWBI with
Central Government, as per section 74 of the Indian Evidence Act, read with section
4 of RTI Act, all public documents shall be in public domain, since beginning till
date, with present status, along with under section 76 of the Indian Evidence Act,
read with RTI Act,
Supply complete list, with present status, keeping in view, to upload at India Code,
as per Court orders, since last 5 years, related to:
1. Complete list of all Committees and sub-committees under AWBI, along with list
of members with their contributions towards animal rights and their welfare.
2. Complete list of public servants, within the meaning of section 21 of IPC,
nominated in all above said AWBI Committees and sub-committees.
3. Complete list of all agenda with their minutes and action taken reports, with
concerned file notings and communications.
4. Head wise and meeting wise expenditures, including TA/DA and others benefits.
5. Impact of the all exercises, towards animal rights and their welfare.
6. Criteria and eligibility to get berth in these Committees and sub-committees
under AWBI.
7. Copies of departmental permission, and consent of all public servants, to hold
berth.
8. Complete details and list of public servants, maintaining their head quarter at
Faridabad.
