9.3 Student Well-being is a Key to Positive Conditions for Learning

When positive conditions for learning are in place students are more motivated to attend
and engage in learning. Chronic absence is a sign that positive conditions of learning are
missing.

9.4 Strategies to improve students’ attendance

1. Rewarding the Most Regular Student -Top 3 students with highest attendance.
2. Adding Curricular & Co-Curricular activities in the month of low attendance.
3. Link attendance with the Grades.
4. Modification in Teaching Techniques.
5. Informing their Parents of students with low attendance.
6. Developing a Friendly Atmosphere.
