The following conditions apply for the transport orders with sennder references 123456, 281409A:
• This order confirmation is based solely on the Terms and Conditions of sennder (to be found on
https://www.sennder.com/terms-conditions).
• This order confirmation is not intended for third parties and does not act as waybill.
• Delegating this order confirmation to third parties is not allowed except for cases with the explicit approval of sennder.
• If the assigned vehicle fails to position at all or is not able to operate or if there are other reasons that there is no truck
at the scheduled pickup time, regardless of the fact whether the carrier is responsible for the absence, the carrier is
obliged to send a replacement vehicle. If the carrier is not able to do this or not to the scheduled time, sennder can,
after a reasonable period of time and if this period of time is not dispensable after German Civil Code BGB § 323 Abs. 2
BGB, send a replacement vehicle, charging the carrier the resulting difference and the cost incurred due to the hours of
delay generated.
• The waiting time is calculated after agreed time at origin or destination, respectively, or actual arrival time, whichever is
later. If no specific time for origin or destination arrival is given, the actual arrival of the vehicle at origin or destination is
used and the waiting time calculated according to the following clauses, if not caused by the carrier:
• Two hours of waiting time are included in the freight.
• The securing and releasing of the load is included in the freight.
• If the included time is exceeded, the waiting time is calculated per every 30 minutes as follows:
 EUR 20.00 per hour for vehicles till 12t, maximum EUR 160.00 for 24h.
 EUR 35.00 per hour for other vehicles, maximum EUR 280.00 for 24h.
• Two hours of waiting time at the border are included, after that the waiting time is calculated as above.
• Waiting time has to be declared within 48h after the transport.
• Termination of a transport order by sennder due to cancellation or dead freight, termination by the carrier
• If sennder terminates the transport order more than eight (8) hours before the agreed collection time, the
carrier shall not be entitled to any remuneration.
• If sennder cancels the transport order within eight (8) hours prior to the agreed collection time, the carrier
shall receive a remuneration
 in the amount of one third of the agreed freight charge with a cancellation between four (4) and
eight (8) hours prior to the agreed collection time;
 in the amount of 50% of the agreed freight charge with a cancellation between two (2) and four (4)
hours prior to the agreed collection time;
 in the amount of 70% of the agreed freight charge with a cancellation of less than two (2) hours prior
to the agreed collection time.
 In all scenarios, the remuneration in case of cancellation by sennder is limited to a maximum
amount of EUR 350.00.
 If a same-day freight is cancelled in the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. CET on the same
day, sennder is obliged to pay one third of the agreed freight charge (in accordance with § 415 (2)
No. 2 German Commercial Code). This shall apply irrespective of how many hours the notice of
termination is given before the agreed collection time.
• Above mentioned terms only apply for cases in which the carrier has received an order confirmation at least
one (1) hour prior to cancellation. For all other cases of cancellation by sennder, remuneration is limited to the
driving costs incurred since receipt of the order confirmation.
• The carrier is not entitled to any further claims based on the termination.
• If the carrier terminates the transport order confirmed by sennder before the time of collection, the carrier is
obliged to compensate the resulting damage, in particular to compensate all additional expenses for a carrier
commissioned by sennder as an alternative.
• The driver has to wear a reflective vest and safety shoes all the time while loading and unloading. Disregarding these
requirements can lead to a rejection of the vehicle.
• The vehicle, if not communicated otherwise, has to be arrive at the origin clean and empty.
• The unloading time is to be noted on the waybill.
