The unforeseeable events in the last few months have led to global market prices of Energy, Raw materials
& Transport reaching new highs & being subject to strong fluctuations.

The inflationary environment has strongly impacted our raw material, logistics & other input costs like
energy & metals and continues to outpace our ability to absorb these added costs through productivity
gains alone.

We are therefore constrained to pass on a part of these cost increases to you. Hence there will be an
increase in our prices for all our high-performance & clear glass products with immediate effect. We will
also levy Energy Surcharge & Fuel Surcharge which will be linked to the energy & fuel prices & will be
adjusted (upwards or downwards) every month. Our team will get in touch with you soon to convey the
product-wise price increase specific to your project.
