EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The office of the Anlo Constituency Communication is going to be the mouth
piece of the party, whose work is to promote publicity, public education,
information dissemination, opinion research, advertising and Party media relations
within the constituency and when applicable the whole Volta region and the nation
as a whole.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
It is an undeniable fact that every political party strives if proper publicity of the
party is done. Anlo Constituency Communication Team will therefore advertise
and defend the policies of the party through every media available. The
communication team needs both human resource (personnel) and other resources
to function properly.
The human resource is divided into Social Media and Research, Radio Panelists,
Serial Callers and Branch Communication Officers.

OFFICERS
Social Media and Research
Social Media and Research is going to be responsible for political research and
social media relations. This subdivision is going to be the powerhouse of the whole
communication team, feeding the Radio Panelists and serial callers on what to say.

Radio Panelists
This division is going to defend all policies of the party and advertise the party on
any radio panel discussions.

Serial Callers
The serial callers will call into any radio program to defend the party’s policies and
advertise the party.

Branch Communication Officers


The 106 Branch Communication Officers of the Anlo Constituency will serve as
links to the grassroots in every branch of the constituency.
OBJECTIVES
The aim or the objective of the communication office is to have close contact with
the grassroots of the party and to convey effective message to the public within the
constituency and beyond
