In order to better comprehend the emerging requirements and restrictions of the
pandemic, We, the Students of Ilocos Sur Community College, are currently enrolled in
the subject Research in Hospitality with a study entitled "Compliance of food safety
and sanitation and hygiene practices of Catering Services in Vigan City." This is to
understand that employing the assistance of catering services would not harm the
guests of the event by ensuring its safety and sanitation.

In this regard, may we earnestly request from your good office the registered catering
businesses in Vigan City. This will be the basis for the number of respondents in our
