Reflective Journal: Impact of mandatory trainings on intra organisational synergies

Having a work ex of 2 years, I had to go through regular and mandatory trainings like ethics training,
code of conduct, privacy, etc which were often in the form of e learns. However, very rarely did
people including myself actually pay attention to those trainings or imbibe them into our day to day
life at work.

Through this journal I will be trying to shed some light on the impact of such trainings on intra
organisational synergies, also, to deep dive into the strategical reasons for these trainings.

Questions asked:

1. How does common mandatory training allow different units of an organisation to function in silos,
or does it even have an effect.

2. Do such trainings help imbibe the organisation's ethics and values into its work culture.

2. How do organisations ensure and measure the impact of these trainings, what can improve in the
existing practices.

3. What are the different ways that can be adopted in LnD to improve cross functional and intra
organisational collaborations other than mandatory trainings.
