Art is the best way to express one’s state of mind, emotions and thought process. The piece
of art, that is created is always an extension of the mind of the Artist. The process of doing
Art is wonderful as you get to lose and find yourself, just like meditation.
Art Therapy is a simplified art making process where no prior skills are required, just the
interest can help you go through the process. Art Therapy is a guided methodology to help
you kick start/ accelerate your creative part of the brain. It helps to express yourself to you
and to others, reduces stress and increases the happy hormones at the end of your creation.
Above all going through art therapy develops an exciting Hobby, which is your best friend
throughout your life.
