Please cancel the printing task before resetting, connect

the printer to the computer with a USB cable and turn it on

1.Double click [Resetter.exe] to running the software

2.Click[Select],Click “Port” to select the corresponding printer port，

then click[OK]，As shown below.[If you cannot find your printer in

the "port" drop-down list, please change the USB interface and restart
the printer and try again.]

3.Click[Particular adjustment mode] to enter the main
menu. As shown below.

4.Select[Waste ink pad counter] and then click [OK]. As shown

below.

5.Click the box to tick[√]，and then click[Initialize],and then click[OK]
As shown below[If an error is reported during the resetting process,
please cancel the print job and restart the printer to reset. If it still
fails, restart the computer and try again]

6. The blue progress bar running finished will prompt[please turn off the
printer] Means: please turn off the printer, and then click[OK],and
then click[OK] to restart the printer.As shown below.
Tip: You must turn off the printer before you can click
