1.Product Description:
A3 UV flatbed printer is the ideal solution for DIY Customize printing on the products, which is a
multi-functional LED UV flatbed printer that created by DOMSEM and was built on the EPSON
printhead with UV LED instant dry system and water circulation cooling system. Automatic detect UV
curing system, 6 colors and max 2880 dpi printing resolution. Can print on all kinds of surfaces,
available in 3D textured and raised printing, suitable for printing on both rigid and flexible material,
like phone cases, metal (aluminum, copper etc), alloys, mirror, gifts packaging (wood, carbon paper,
metal), tablet cover, USB sticks, DVD disc, industry signs, badge, plastic card, PVC, glass, wood,
paper etc.

2.Control System instructions
2.1 Connect the machine to the power using the power cable plugand turn on machine(the red color power
switch on the back.). And then turn on the Printhead power button.

2.2 Control panel, upward, downward, forward, backward, Automatic detect O key. Working Platform and smart
sensor light.

-Important Notice for daily Turn on/off.

How to turn on the machine .
1-turn on the power of he machine.

2-press the power button of printhead to turn on.

How to turn off the machine

1-press the power button of printhead to turn off.

2-turn off the power switch of machine.

Warm notice:
1. Requirement about facility environment 
Printing  machine  should  be  located  indoor  not  at  the  ventilated  position,  to  avoid  misting  because  of  the  blown  ink  by 
wind.   
Keep out of the sun, please cover the head of the printer when it is not used, clean the outside of the printer every day, do 
not put liquid and powder‐like thing on the printer, keep it clean and neat. 
The printer should be located on flat position, stable desk or other platform, shake less , the temperature indoor should be 
between 8‐35℃. 
2. Computer operation requirement 
Please connect computer well，table model or laptop computer，win7 XP both are ok（please note that thedistributedRIP 
color controlling soft ware is nonsupport window8 and Apple system，meanwhile RIP soft ware should be installed 
directly in system C disk），to avoid printing failure because of computer system halted when printing or drawing，try to 
not  use  it  when  it  connected  to  web  net,  the  reason  is  that  virus  invasion  may  happen  and  break  the  soft  ware  and 
softdog. 
3. Install ink for new printer 
Please put the ink bought in to the color ink bottle, pay attention to the sequence of the pipes to ink sac, do not make the 
colors in a mess, if put one color into wrong bottle by mistake please clean the ink box and ink pipe with dedicatedleaner.
Use my company ink, open the lid directly, insert the ink pipe according to the color, install the lid after filling the ink， （pay 
attention to it that it is the best to put the pipe 2‐5mm to the bottom of the ink bottle. It cannot absorb ink well when 
it is too high, it may absorb ink precipitate when it is too low. Generally, take the ink from ink bottle and waggle it 
slightly  to  avoid  ink  precipitate  each  week,  especially  for  white  ink  (Shake  the  ink  well  when  it  is  used  for  the  first 
time)
