PERFOMANCE CHARCTARIST:
The main body of the machine is made of aluminum and magnesium alloy profiles, with higher strength, high structural
accuracy, highly integrated light and thin case, light weight, durable and easy to handle.

It has a high-precision brushless servo motor control system, vector positioning, no bar grating, no carbon brush

It adopts high-definition piezoelectric ink-jet technology, with high precision, high speed and durability. Specially
designed industrial nozzle.
Vsdt variable ink drop technology is adopted with new program algorithm. The minimum ink drop is 3.5pl, the maximum
is 47pl, indoor color painting is clear and delicate; outdoor color painting is bright, fast, thick and heavy, fresh and
elegant, reflecting high color painting quality.
The data signal of sprinkler head is transmitted by optical fiber integration, which has the advantages of faster speed,
stronger anti-interference ability, higher reliability and more stable data transmission.
Interrupt the function of drawing supplement, automatically memorize the breakpoint, and automatically restore the
starting position. You can't finish it today, and then you can do it tomorrow.
The machine is equipped with built-in UPS power supply, automatic charging, automatic switching in case of voltage
instability or power failure, so that the machine can work normally for about 10 hours (full battery) in case of power
failure or voltage instability. Advanced AC servo control technology ensures higher precision printing, better
stability and longer service life.
CPLD programmable logic control system has been used for many years and its performance is stable.
Integrated head design, separable structure, effectively avoid the damage caused by collision during transportation;
fully enclosed nozzle mounting plate, so as to extend the actual service life of the nozzle.
The installation board of all-round nozzle protection can effectively reduce the damage rate of nozzle wall
cleaning.
The simple multi-color integrated ink supply system is stable and convenient. It supports quick pipeline separation,
water and electricity separation, and can be taken and put at any time.
The improved ink absorber has the advantages of good sealing performance, high cleaning efficiency of the nozzle,
less waste ink and strong adsorption, so it is not suitable to drop. It adopts the imported sensor system, double sensors,
up and down two-way induction, curved surface tracking and automatic positioning, automatically solves the problems
such as uneven wall surface and wall tilt, effectively reducing the risk of head damage.
The output module is upgraded, and the output of industrial models is doubled.
