CREATIVE

Creative Coordinator
● Cast vision for VOUS High Creative Department
● Build creative teams
● Develop creative leaders
● Work with project manager

Project Manager
● Execute creative vision
● Oversee administrative tasks
● Oversee social media posts
● Drive projects & deliverables
● Conduct daily deliverable check-ins
● Share detailed notes for each meeting
● Work with Creative Coordinator to create monthly deliverables
● Manage RSVPs for meetings
● Equip team leaders
● Connect different VOUS High teams

Creative Teams
1. Creator - the influencers of VOUS High, responsible for creating lifestyle content for
platforms such as Tik Tok and YouTube
2. Design - designs for VOUS High social media
3. Film - films, schedules and gives vision to film projects for VOUS High Nite, VOUS High
Crews, and VOUS High Social
4. Photo - oversees photo shoots and photographers for events
5. Social - oversees and creates content for social media platforms

COMMUNITY

Community Coordinator
● Cast vision for VOUS High Community Department
● Build community teams, events, and outreaches
● Develop community leaders
● Build the student community of VOUS High
Outreach Leader
● Create vision for outreach (ways to improve, grow, etc.)
● Develop community leaders
● Help with event planning
● Ensure all outreach needs are being met
● Create relationship with outreach organizations

Outreach Teams
1. First Priority - communicate with First Priority, partner with different schools
2. ILMC - plan outreach projects, communicate with ILMC team and partnering
organizations, brainstorm a variety of projects
3. Sports - intentionally build relationships with middle and high school sports teams and
organizations

Crew Coaches
● Oversee the health of Crew Leaders
● Oversee the health of Crews
● Develop leaders within the Crew space
● Ensure invites are sent and reports are completed on time each week

VOUS High Service


● Schedule team to attend the 5PM service
● Ensure that all duties are being fulfilled
● Giving vision to team and students for the service
● During service: sit with students, engage
