14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and 18U TRAVEL TEAMS 2022-2023 Contract

Travel Team Tuition Fees/Payment Plans

Travel Teams cost is $2,500.00 USD
Paid in full on November 1, 2022 or six payments of $ 416.67 USD.
Starting on November 1, 2022 and ending on April 1, 2023.

Included in cost: Tournaments CA Kickoff, Las Vegas Classic, Red Rock Rave National
Qualifier and Far Western National Qualifier, (14U President’s in leu of Las Vegas
Classic), training, coach’s fees, coach’s travelling expenses, gear (2 jerseys, 2 pairs of
socks, 1warm up suit, 2 practice t-shirts, 1 sweatshirt, 1 backpack), facility rental,
club fees and miscellaneous items.

This tuition DOES NOT cover the athlete’s USAV, SCVA, NCVA and or AAU, and any
cost related to USAV and or AAU Nationals Championships. The travel expenses are
the parents’ responsibilities. Payments are to be made by checks and or money
order to DSEC only. The parent/guardian is responsible for any bank penalties for
returned check(s). DSEC does not charge a late fee for late payments.

1. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. The parent/guardian agrees to pay all dues, fees

(described above), and fines in a full and on-time regardless of duration of the
athlete’s participation. There are no refunds. If a player quits before the season
starts and or is over. If a player quits before the season starts and or is over and or
if removed from the program, no matter the reason (including injuries related or
non-related to the sport), you are still obligated to pay the full amount

2. TERM. This contract will terminate on April 30th, 2023.

3. DEFAULT. The incurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default
under this contract.
a. The failure to make a required payment when due.

4. ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COLLECTION COSTS. If there is dispute related to any

provisions in this Contract, the prevailing party is entitled to, and the non-prevailing
party, shall pay the costs and the expenses incurred by the prevailing party in the
dispute, including but not limited to all-out-of pocket cost of collection, court costs,
and reasonable attorney fees and expenses.
 5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute arousing
out of relating to this agreement through friendly negotiations amongst the parties.
If the matter is not resolved by negotiation within thirty days, the parties will
resolve the dispute using the below Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
procedure.

Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement will be

resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration
Association. The arbitrator’s award will be final, and judgment may be entered
upon it by any court having proper jurisdiction.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Contract contains the total agreement of the parties, and there
are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written
concerning the subject matter of this Contract. This contract supersedes any prior written
or oral agreements between the parties.
