TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Before signing this Contract, the Member has consulted, received advice, and
understood the specific benefits of the Contract. The membership card, the
Company's internal regulations on the operation and management of the Club, as
well as the terms and conditions stipulated in this Contract and other terms and
conditions, are also included in this Contract. The appendix attached to this Contract.
The Company's internal regulations on the operation and management of the Club
will be provided at the Club's reception desk.
2. When signing this Contract, the Member agrees and will be legally bound by all the
terms and conditions stated in this Contract and any attached appendices (if
applicable), the club's regulations, and other internal regulations of the Company.
These will be issued and effective at different times from the date stated at the
 beginning of this Contract or from the naturally effective date as stipulated in the
Member/Service Registration Form (depending on the case).

3. GYM FIT will notify the Member of the amount that the Member has paid via
phone/message/mobile application. If the amount paid by the Member is different
from the amount confirmed by GYM FIT, within 03 (three) days from the date
GYM FIT sends the information to the Member, the Member should contact the
Hotline 1900633638 or Club Reception for assistance. After 03 (three) working
days, if GYM FIT does not receive a response from the Member, GYM FIT will
assume that the Member has agreed to the provided information and will not address
any arising issues if any.
4. GYM FIT only fulfills and provides members with the rights stated in the contract,
any appendices attached to this contract (if any), club regulations, and other internal
regulations of the Company that are currently in effect. These may have effect from
the date stated at the beginning of this contract or from the naturally effective date.
In cases where the Advisor or Trainer promises, advises, commits, or agrees with the
Member on benefits outside of the Contract, the appendices attached to this contract
(if any), and the regulations of the Club and other internal regulations of the
Company that are currently in effect, GYM FIT will not address any complaints,
proposals, and requests from the Member.
5. The Member understands that the Member's Membership will begin on the
Commencement Date as set forth in this Contract Information section OR the
automatic effective date as specified in the Service Membership Registration Form
OR AREA opening operations in case this Contract is signed before the Club's
opening date. Membership will expire on the last day of the number of prepaid
months specified in Section "Membership card information member" or the last date
of payment in case the Member does not pay fees for recurring services for more
than 03 months for Non-Recurring Service Contracts. The membership card will
expire on the last day of the term. The contract term is specified in Section
"Membership card information" for the Prepaid Non-Service Payment Contract
("Term").
6. The Appendices constitute an inseparable part of this Contract and have effect as
fully specified in the content of this Contract. Any reference to this Agreement
includes a reference to the Appendices.
7. For other applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the terms and conditions
set out in Appendix 1 (Club Regulations) and Appendix 2 (Disclaimer Letter). By
 signing this contract. Members confirm that they have fully received Appendix 1 and
Appendix 2 (if any).
8. All provisions of this Contract are independent. If any provision of this Contract is
held invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of
this Contract will not be affected.
9. All terms of this Contract, the Appendix attached to this Contract and other internal
regulations issued by the Company from time to time constitute the entire agreement
between members and the Company regarding the rights and obligations of each
party and supersedes all prior negotiations, negotiations and agreements, oral or
written, between the member and the Company. The rights and obligations of the
Company and its members arising from or related to this Agreement are for the
benefit of the Company and its members, and are legally binding on the Company's
legal representative. Company and its members, the respective successors and
assigns of the Company and its members.
10. Any amendments and supplements to the terms of this Contract and the Appendices
attached to this Contract are only effective when made in writing and signed by the
member and the Company.
11. This Contract and the Appendices attached to the Contract are governed and
interpreted according to Vietnamese law on all issues.
12. In case of any dispute arising from or related to the Contract and the Appendices
attached to the Contract, the member and the Company will be resolved through
negotiation and conciliation in the spirit of cooperation. . If the dispute cannot be
resolved through negotiation or conciliation, then within thirty (30) days from the
date the dispute arises, the member or the Company may request a competent
authority to resolve it.
13. This Contract will be effective from the Effective Date until the Membership Card
term ends or is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
Contract.
14. NO REFUNDS; Service fees and membership fees paid for this Contract will be
non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deductible to fulfill the obligation to pay
fees and expenses that members have not yet paid. , resolve this Contract or any
other Contract for any reason and under any circumstances.
If at the time the membership contract expires or is terminated according to
regulations, the member has not used all the number of PT sessions (including
sessions under the Coach Contract and the number of bonus PT sessions (if any)),
Unused PT sessions will automatically expire and will not be renewed or refunded
in any way. Unless the member continues the term of the Membership Contract,
 extensions for remaining PT sessions will continue to apply according to the terms
and conditions of the Coach Contract.
15. This contract is made into two (02) copies, with equal legal value, each party keeps
one (01) copy as a basis for implementation.
REGISTER (APPLICABLE TO MINOR CHILD MEMBERS)
Legal guardian: On behalf of my minor child (i.e. member under eighteen (18)
years of age), I acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of
this Agreement and its Addendums attached to the Contract; and shall be
responsible for payment of all fees and charges for services used or requested by
my minor child, including but not limited to membership fees, charges incurred in
connection therewith. Contract and Appendix attached to the Contract (if any) that
my minor child has not paid.
Co-signer: I acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of
this Agreement and will be responsible for paying all fees for services that
members have used or requested to use. application, including without limitation
membership fees, costs incurred in connection with the Contract and the Appendix
attached to the Contract (if any).
As the legal guardian or co-signer of the minor, I understand that my obligations
under this Agreement shall terminate only when the undersigned member's
membership is terminated in accordance with terms of this Contract.
