C., and Cantos, Luise Isabelle M., 4th year BS Architecture students of Batangas State University – The
National Engineering University – Alangilan, would like to request from your good office to allow us to
conduct some interview especially to the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO). In line with
this, we are also requesting to the following documents necessary for the selection of our architectural
research proposal as per requirement of our subject in ARCH 537 – Research Methods in Architecture.

The following documents needed are as follows:

• Updated Balayan Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP)
• Updated Balayan Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP)
(or any request to a particular office, be it government or private)
