It should be kept in mind that the project of revising the PT3 examination was to align it to the CEFR, not to focus on thinking skills,
which can be seen as a different testing construct from language proficiency. As a result, you cannot make explicit link to higher
order thinking skills in the PT3 exam materials because this is not the main focus of the test.
